Ben Davis
Co-Founder
Following nine years in the SEAL teams, ben received a Master of Business Administration from the college of William and Mary. He’s held roles in finance and technology and currently serves as the executive director of the veterans’ outdoor advocacy group. Since leaving the military, Ben has continued to serve as veteran advocate, assisting in the vocational transition of more than a thousand vets and has written numerous articles on topics related to mental health, service, and workplace culture.
Scott Noce
Co-Founder
After receiving a degree in civil engineering, Scott served as a Navy SEAL for 12 years. During his service, he led a leadership course for all east coast seal teams, shaping the next generation of SEAL leaders. After transitioning to the private sector, Scott earned a project management professional (PMP) certification and gained further leadership experience at Lockheed Martin, contributing to deep space exploration missions and NASA’s "Back to Mars" mission.
